How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 5-12 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

What if I mess up the handprint?
No stress — every kit includes multiple transparent sheets, so you have more than one chance to get the perfect print.

Is the paint safe for babies and pets?
Yes, the included paint is non-toxic and safe for skin contact, including babies, kids, and pets. It's washable before it dries.

Can I return my kit if I already used it?
Once a kit has been used (painted, assembled), it can't be returned, since it becomes a personalized, one-of-a-kind item. We're happy to help with replacements if something arrived damaged or defective.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.
